Delivery within the UK
Birdie Bliss currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days of receiving your order and payment. Orders are normally dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Your available delivery options and the applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Standard UK tracked delivery is £4.50. Free delivery is available on orders of £35 or more.
We expect to use Royal Mail and other suitable delivery services depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. The delivery service selected may vary depending on the products in your order.
Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will be provided to you by email where available.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the delivery service selected at checkout. The dispatch time of 1–3 working days is separate from the delivery time.
We aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible, but once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside our direct control.
If there is an unexpected delay, we will do our best to assist you.
